Understand the institution.

A 30-minute call to map your current workflows, pain points and ambitions. We discuss the size of the institution, the specialties you serve, the systems already in place, and the compliance environment you operate in. No pitch deck — we listen first, propose second.

Step · 02 · Solution mapping

Match the platform to the workflow.

We translate what you described into a Clinicle scope — which apps you start with, which modules activate first, which integrations connect on day one, and which can wait. You receive a written scope and a recommended package (Basic, Standard or Advance).

Step · 03 · Contract

One agreement. Every app you'll need.

One commercial contract covers every app you activate today — and every app you'll add later. No re-papering, no re-procurement, no surprise line items. SLA, support tier and data-residency terms are agreed up front. This is the moment the partnership becomes real.

Step · 04 · Implementation

Configure once. Inherit forever.

Identity, security, integrations and data are configured once on the COP foundation. Every app you activate — today and in the future — inherits that foundation from day one. Our implementation team owns the heavy lifting; your team owns the workflow validation.

Step · 05 · Training & go-live

The team is ready before the switch flips.

Role-specific training for doctors, nurses, receptionists and administrators. Live sessions, recorded library, in-product walkthroughs. Soft launch with a pilot specialty or location, then a phased rollout — never a big-bang flip that puts the institution at risk.

We don't go away after go-live.

Ongoing support, success reviews, and a clear path to activate new apps as your institution grows. Every new Clinicle app drops into the same foundation — no re-integration, no re-implementation. We're a platform partner, not a one-off vendor.

Standard

CMS + CPA + CVH. Provider, patient and virtual-care channels live in parallel.

Advance

12–20 weeks

Full app catalog. Phased per specialty department, validated workflow by workflow.
